How to obtain RBS promotional items, giveaways and gifts
RBS Communications & Marketing team carries branded Rutgers Business School merchandise to support key events and conferences throughout the academic year.
Departments and programs are encouraged to supplement their need for promotional items from their yearly budgets. See list of licensed vendors.
If there is a need for additional Rutgers Business School promotional giveaways, the policy below applies to all academic departments, faculty, programs and administrative staff.
Please allow the RBS Communications and Marketing team at least one week in advance of an event or an in-person visit for which you are requesting promotional items, i.e. RBS coffee mugs, pens, writing pads, etc. Please use the request form below:
- Specify who the items will be given to – RBS alumni, RU graduates, executives, recruiters or current students, for example.
- Include the number of items you need.
- The date the event is taking place.
Student interns and/or members of the Communications and Marketing team will fill the orders in advance of the event. No additions will be made on the day of pick-up or after pick-up.
Requests for more than 50 items for an alumni event require the approval of Andrea Cunnell (firstname.lastname@example.org) before being submitted to the Communications and Marketing team. All other requests for 50 or more items are subject to the approval of Dan Stoll, executive director of Communications and Marketing (email@example.com).
