Jack is dedicated to sharing his decades-long networking expertise with others to help them be successful. His book is called Network all the time, everywhere with everybody. Jack has successfully recruited, hired and developed many interns and thousands of full-time employees in diverse businesses, including from Rutgers. He started nine of his own startup companies in diverse sectors including publishing, manufacturing, real estate development, investment services, and thoroughbred horse racing. He advised "C" level leaders of Fortune 500 organizations while with McKinsey & Company.

Jack has taught as an adjunct in three NJ business schools, including Rutgers-Newark. He also serves on multiple U.S. and international boards and on charity boards. He is a graduate of Yale University, and has his MBA degree from MIT. He's married to Judith Chapman Killion, a 1969 graduate of the School of Arts and Sciences-Newark.
