Real Estate Concentration

Students pursuing the Real Estate concentration are required to take 3 courses (9 credits) – two core courses and one elective.

Students enrolled as finance majors wanting to take the concentration in real estate may do so with the understanding that they may not double count elective credits.

* Please note that all electives have Real Estate Law and Real Estate Finance as pre-requisites. You must take both those courses before you take the Real Estate Concentration Elective. This concentration cannot be completed in one semester.
