Office of Student Engagement and Employer Relations

RBS SEER Office

The Office of Student Engagement and Employer Relations (SEER) Model is an innovative framework designed to transform the student journey into a launchpad for lifelong achievement. This integrated pathway combines dynamic campus life, real-world leadership, and deeply rooted corporate partnerships that ensure students graduate with more than a degree. SEER offers various programs and resources where intentional engagement meets professional opportunity.

The RBS SEER Office is built on three pillars:

Student Engagement

This foundational pillar focuses on a deep sense of belonging and driving intentional involvement beyond the traditional classroom setting. By encouraging active participation in dynamic campus organizations and peer networks, SEER transforms the RBS experience into a collaborative community. Through those meaningful connections, students build the social capital and supportive relationships vital for long-term personal growth.

Leadership Development

Designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practice, SEER offers structured experiences tied directly to real-world applications. Students are challenged to step out of their comfort zones through hands-on projects, skill-building milestones, and structured mentorship. This intentional progression ensures that every student develops the critical problem-solving abilities and confidence required to lead in the business industry.
