Student Qualifications for Credit
Currently enrolled at RBS
Minimum 24 college credits
Minimum 12 credits earned at RBS
GPA requirement
All majors except SCM: 2.75 or higher
Supply Chain Management 2.5 or higher
Must also be in good academic standing
To earn major elective credit, students must have completed the introductory course with a grade of C or higher. Finance majors must earn a grade of B or higher.

Employer Qualifications for Credit
Employers offering internships/co-ops must be an operating business for a minimum of 6 months and have an established company website and company domain email.
Students must be supervised by full-time employees and not family members or interns/peers.
Qualifying Internship/Co-op Roles
Qualifying roles must be related to a student’s primary or secondary major, or in general business.
Each internship/co-op experience must be with a different employer or a different role with a previous internship employer.
Existing part-time or full-time jobs do not qualify, except for Supply Chain Management majors.
Employers may offer “Internship for Credit Only” roles since opportunities are unpaid.RBS determines if the role qualifies, not the employer.
Positions that do not qualify include volunteer roles, subjects of research projects, unpaid positions requiring 30+ hours per week for at least 20 weeks, roles in multi-level marketing, camp counseling, and private home services.
