Dear RBS Faculty/Staff,

Thank you for sharing your students’ concerns with us during this unprecedented time.  Thank you for your incredible generosity to our students by contributing to our Student Emergency Fund.  We would like to share with you an email resource you can share with your students in order to help them with technology, financial and other resources they may need during this difficult time. 

In order to help our students efficiently and effectively, we are working closely with Newark CARE Team and NB CARE Team. Please encourage your students to send an email below for assistance.  We have also sent email messages to our RBS students in Newark and New Brunswick.

We are collecting hardware for our students such as computers, laptops, webcams, printers, and headsets through our Hardware Donation Campaign.  If you have any questions about donating your equipment, please contact OTIS at helpdesk@business.rutgers.edu.

Prior to donating, first, please be sure the computer/laptop meets the minimum requirements below.  If you are donating a printer, please turn it on and make sure the printer works.  Second, if you are donating a computer/laptop, please copy and delete all of your personal information before you donate.  If you want to bring to 100 Rock in NB, please drop off your hardware donation in conference room 4095 by using your swipe card.  If you want to bring to 1 Washington Park in Newark, please drop off your hardware donation in the staff lounge on the first floor by using your swipe card.  Third, if you would like a gift receipt for your taxes, please complete this form.

Minimum Computer/Laptop Requirements (no more than 5 years old):

• i5 processor
• 8GB Ram
• 128 SSD
