The Office of Student Support, Engagement, and Leadership (SEAL) aims to provide support resources, engagement opportunities, and leadership experiences for all students at Rutgers Business School. To ensure student success from enrollment through graduation and beyond, RBS SEAL offers various programs and resources that provide pragmatic, real-world, extracurricular and co-curricular opportunities.

Student Support
SEAL serves as a connection point for students looking for resources and guidance at RBS. Our team works collaboratively with a variety of Rutgers and RBS offices, programs, and faculty/staff to ensure all students have access to necessary support. To further promote connection and information amongst students, particularly those historically underrepresented in higher education, SEAL offers targeted programming to bolster awareness of resources and preparedness for the business industry.
Student Engagement
A holistic college experience involves engagement in and outside of the classroom. SEAL supports and facilitates a variety of programming for students to connect, network, and build skills at RBS outside of their academics.
Student Leadership
SEAL recognizes the importance of providing students with leadership opportunities so they can nurture their classroom learning while developing real-world experience. Our programming aims to build students’ skills and develop responsible business leaders of the future. These high-impact programs connect students with peers, alumni, and business professionals working in industry
