Visiting RBS During Telecommuting Period
If you are on-campus less than once a week and plan to visit either RBS building, please ensure that all activity is recorded in our building activity log. The log will also prompt you to complete the University My Campus Pass, required for any visit to a Rutgers location on either campus.
If you need to be on campus more than once per week, Rutgers guidelines require you to take a weekly COVID test. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact RBS-Facilities@business.rutgers.edu.

COVID-19 Telecommuting Plan and Agreement Form
This document must be filled out and signed by any staff member performing some or all of their duties from home.
Non-Exempt Employee Telecommuting Time Sheet
All non-exempt employee are required to complete the “NE Telecommuting Time Sheet” form. While the email from Vivian Fernandez does not indicate the frequency of submission, we encourage NE employees to submit this form daily to their supervisor. Since the form allows you to track the hours worked daily, this form, in essence, replaces the Time Manager System. Please discuss the submission with your supervisor.
