Road To Supply Chain Leadership (RSCL)

Elite, industry-sponsored program intended to develop highly talented Supply Chain majors for future leadership roles in renowned companies.

The program is designed to develop Supply Chain majors through internships or co-ops at sponsor companies, aided by mentorship and exposure to sponsor leadership. In addition to conferences, certifications, case competitions, client projects, and professional and technical training focused on professional development. Students will also have access to site visits to factories, warehouses, and distribution centers to observe and learn from "real-world" supply chain operations across multiple industries (Pharma, CPG, Hi-Tech, Transportation). Throughout the program, students will focus on academic excellence and professional development, including soft skills, critical thinking, and leadership skills, in addition to a comprehensive student assessment and feedback process.

Around 25 to 30 undergraduate students are recruited each year through a comprehensive and rigorous selection process.
