When you click on "Let's Get Started”, please note that The Rutgers Business School Graduate Convocation Ceremony for the Class of 2024 will be held on May 15th, 4 PM at NJPAC.
If a different graduation date appears, other than May 15, 2024 for Business Graduate Programs, please ignore that date.
You will then choose "Master Package." (DBA Students: please choose "Doctoral Package.")
Gowns are only sold as bundles. Choose "Business Graduate Programs" from the drop-down menu and fill in the following information.
All graduate business students will wear the same regalia. Please see image below.
Graduates will receive, cap, gown, hood, tassel, and Stole of Gratitude. Please ensure you have all 5 pieces before you leave the store if you choose to pick up regalia at the store. The cost is $159 (Doctoral Package is $189), and the payment is processed online.

- March 28, 2024: DEADLINE to order for Bookstore pick up. Regalia packages will be distributed at the Rutgers Newark Bookstore May 2nd – May 10th, 2024
Please provide an updated home mailing address in the event the pandemic situation forces that caps/gowns would need to be shipped directly to your home. - April 14, 2024: Deadline to order for ship-to-home. (S&H fee applies) Ship-to-home packages are estimated to arrive in approximately 3 weeks barring no fulfillment, distribution, or delivery interruptions by shipping carriers. Note: all items will be shipped to the graduate at the home address you provide at checkout.

Regalia must be ordered via the Newark Bookstore link provided and either picked up at the Bookstore in Newark or delivered to your home. There is no in-store pick-up in New Brunswick.
