Mini-MBA: Team Management Essentials

The Mini-MBA: Team Management Essentials teaches managers, individual contributors, and team members to work collaboratively, understand each other’s priorities and experiences, and create and function within a productive, supportive environment, leading to personal and team productivity and satisfaction.

The program runs from September 28 to December 16.

RBS staff can register for specific sessions or take the full certificate program. Staff pursuing the full certificate will be required to complete an assessment at the end of the program to earn the Mini-MBA.

The 10 module topics will cover:

  1. Strategic Thinking and Planning
  2. Relationships: Directing and Influencing
  3. Communication
  4. Conflicts: Management and Resolution
  5. Problem Solving: Individual and Group
  6. Goals: Individual and Group
  7. Performance Management: Formal and Informal
  8. Cultivating Inclusivity in the Workplace
  9. Teams: Cross-Functional and Informal
  10. Personal Development Plan

Sessions will be live online and recorded. Each module will be 3 hours and split into two 1.5 hour sessions. Each module will be offered every two weeks.
