To help you prepare, we have created an online orientation course that reviews your MBA program's essential information.

THIS IS AN INTERACTIVE ORIENTATION THAT WILL TAKE 4-5 HOURS TO COMPLETE.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE IT BY THE DEADLINE:

NOTE: In addition to the course modules within Canvas, there are “Announcements,” quizzes throughout the orientation, and a comprehensive final quiz.

REGISTRATION ACCESS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE ONLINE ORIENTATION BEFORE 3PM ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

NET ID ACTIVATION

All students must activate a Rutgers unique identifier known as a NetID, comprised of initials and a unique number (e.g., jqs23), to access any electronic services,
including access to the Part-time MBA Online Orientation course available via CANVAS.

ONLINE ORIENTATION REQUEST FORM

Once you complete the NetID activation, please complete the "Online Orientation Request for Information Form" below - required for access to the Online Orientation:

Within 24 to 48 hours after completing the "Online Orientation Request for Information Form," the Part-time MBA Online Orientation course will be available via CANVAS: Canvas Link.

Please log in with your NetID.

REMINDER: The online orientation course will be available on Friday, March 15, 2024.

It is mandatory to complete the online orientation course before attending one of the virtual Information Sessions.

**Completion of the Online Orientation Course is mandatory to register for Summer 2024 courses**

NOTE: The online orientation deadline for Summer 2024 registration is May 20, 2024.

PART-TIME MBA MANDATORY INFORMATION SESSION

For those registered before the following dates, the MBA Program Office will have mandatory ZOOM Information Sessions on:

Please use the “Agenda” information in the Canvas “Announcements” to sign up for a session and submit any questions you may have.

The MBA Program Office will provide a ZOOM link the day before the scheduled Information Session.

  • Please note that the online orientation course contains videos with corresponding slideshows that have links to the provided resources and information. When you click on these links, they will open in a new browser window. Once you have accessed these resources, you may save/print them if needed and then close that window. Your online orientation will still be open and accessible.
  • Depending on your computer, you can view all videos at your acceptable resolution. Please use the cog at the bottom right of your screen to change your resolution.

Communication of Important Information to Students

The Part-time MBA Program Office makes great effort to make sure all students receive our messages. Our official communication is through RU-N4Success and via your Rutgers email address. Please ensure you monitor your Rutgers email regularly.
