Use the forms below to facilitate actions and complete tasks within Financial Management System.

• General Access

Used to request access to the Financial Management System.

• Tableau Access Request Form

Used to request access to existing Tableau reports (Current Payroll, Legacy RU GL, Legacy RU Payroll, and Legacy Procurement, including reports previously accessed via Discoverer Viewer reports)

• Tableau SSA Access Request Form

Used to request access to the Tableau Self-Service Analytics (SSA) Platform which is used to develop ad-hoc Tableau reports and analytics from various data repositories.  (Similar to Discoverer Plus access.)

• Finance Approver Change Form

Used to change the Finance Approver in the System for one or more individuals.

• Fundriver

Used to request access to the FUNDRIVER system
