President

Belal Mobarak is an MBA Candidate at Rutgers University with over a decade of experience advising, mentoring, and coaching high school and college-aged students. At LaGuardia Community College, he designed academic programs to support executive functioning skills, including planning and organization, study techniques, goal setting, and career planning. Belal has also led workshops and taught creative writing to high school students through NYC Cultural Affairs and the New York State Council on the Arts. In addition, he has worked as a coach and consultant to entrepreneurs and small business owners, focusing on data analysis, upgrading internal tracking systems, and providing leadership development coaching.
As President of the MBA Consulting Club, Belal is dedicated to fostering a supportive, learning-focused environment for Rutgers students pursuing careers in consulting. He is equally passionate about helping students sharpen their case interview skills.
A native New Yorker, poet, and artist, Belal is the son of a great storyteller and believes writing helped him refine his craft. He has performed with The Moth Mainstage across the Northeast and was a finalist in Brutal Nation’s 2017 Competition for Writers of Color. His work has been published in Columbia Poetry Review, Newtown Literary Journal, Blueshift Journal, Flock, Apogee, and other publications. As a creative writer and artist, Belal brings a unique ability to inspire and motivate others, believing that passion and creativity are the keys to personal and professional success.

Gnanendra Bodi is an MBA Candidate at Rutgers Business School, specializing in Supply Chain & Finance, with a background in Information Technology and experience in technology consulting. Before pursuing his MBA, Gnanendra worked as an Associate at Capgemini, where he specialized in delivering innovative solutions and driving transformation for clients in the technology consulting domain. This experience, combined with his technical expertise, sparked his interest in leveraging strategic problem-solving to create large-scale organizational impact.
As the Vice President of the MBA Consulting Club, Gnanendra is dedicated to cultivating a collaborative environment for students aspiring to break into consulting. He spearheads workshops, organizes case practice sessions, and facilitates networking opportunities to help his peers excel in their consulting careers. Additionally, he actively participates in case competitions, where he applies his consulting and IT expertise to craft impactful solutions.
Gnanendra’s interests lie at the intersection of technology and business, where he seeks to leverage data-driven insights to foster innovation and drive sustainable growth.
Outside of academics and professional endeavors, Gnanendra loves playing video games and has even created a few of his own. Additionally, he is passionate about cricket and has played the sport professionally, demonstrating his competitive spirit and teamwork skills.

Suman Raj Venkat is a full-time MBA student specializing in Supply Chain and Strategy at Rutgers Business School. With a background in Communications Engineering and five years of professional experience in Telecom Operations and Project Management, Suman has developed expertise in designing efficient processes and tools to optimize performance. Through leadership roles managing diverse stakeholders and teams, Suman has contributed to significant improvements in key performance indicators and operational efficiency while achieving cost reductions.
As the Treasurer of the MBA Consulting Club, Suman collaborates with club leadership to support the professional growth and development of its members. He is responsible for managing the club's financial operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to provide members with educational initiatives, networking opportunities, and access to leaders in the Consulting and Management industry. A solution-oriented professional with a generalist mindset, Suman is passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful results, which aligns closely with the dynamic and strategic nature of consulting.
In his breaks, Suman dabbles in mixology and any other creative outlets such as painting and photography.
