The Rutgers Business School Supply Chain Student Initiative is a university-sponsored, Supply Chain Management concentration student initiative to promote Supply Chain Management studies and activities.
Our goal is to link education with industry by providing opportunities for students to interact with industry representatives to increase their awareness of innovations and opportunities in SCM. We do so by arranging guest speakers, learning sessions, site visits, and facility tours.
Executive Board
President

Spencer Donihi-Goddard, a full-time MBA student specializing in Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School, brings over five years of experience in aviation operations and maintenance from his military service in the United States Army. With expertise in team leadership, process optimization, and compliance with regulatory standards, Spencer has a proven track record of ensuring efficiency and readiness in high-pressure environments. Currently serving as President of the Supply Chain Initiative Club, Spencer is committed to fostering an environment that brings professional growth opportunities while building a collaborative community among his peers.
Outside of academics, Spencer enjoys running, rock climbing, and exploring a variety of cultural cuisines.
Vice President

Terence Kennelly is a full time MBA student, and seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in investor relations, capital raising, and client engagement across major U.S. markets, including New York, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. In his most recent role as Executive Director for a national real estate developer, Mr. Kennelly experienced firsthand the challenges of securing supply chains in the real estate development and construction industries. Mr. Kennelly looks forward to developing his supply chain industry knowledge and collaborating with his RBS peers to apply supply chain concepts to real world situations.
In his spare time, Mr. Kennelly enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his chihuahua terrier mix.
Treasurer

Patricia Rendon is a full-time MBA student specializing in Finance and Supply Chain at Rutgers Business School. Before attending Rutgers, Patricia earned a Master’s in Information Systems from NJIT and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration - Management. With professional experience as a Market Research Analyst, Patricia brings a strong background in financial analysis, data-driven decision-making, and market insights to her role as Treasurer of the Supply Chain Club. She is passionate about bridging the gap between education and practical application and is committed to fostering collaboration and creating hands-on learning opportunities that prepare members for success in the ever-evolving field of supply chain management.
In her spare time, you can find Patricia cheering on a soccer game, attending the gym, or spending time with friends and loved ones.
