- Promote cultural sensitivity and understanding within the MBA student body at Rutgers Business School (RBS)
- Create awareness for international issues in business
- Assist international students to successfully secure internships and full-time positions
- Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective international students, especially in regards to RBS-specific academic and job-related affairs
- Strengthen RBS' brand outside of the United States

Shubham Bhargava
Shubham is a Full-Time Rutgers MITA student specializing in Business Analytics and Information Technology & management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and brings nearly 2 years of impactful experience from diverse tech start-ups. His expertise lies in crafting innovative solutions leveraging AI, RPA, and data visualization to address operational gaps and industry challenges. Passionate about human rights, he brings three years of NGO experience, prioritizing underprivileged children's education through community-driven social services. Postmasters, he intends to explore opportunities in the data analytics and product management domain.
As the President of the International Student Organization with a passion for fostering global connections, his objective is to create an inclusive and vibrant community that celebrates diversity, promotes cultural exchange, and provides valuable networking opportunities. He aims to enhance the international student experience, enriching academic pursuits with cross-cultural understanding. He is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where students from around the world can thrive academically, socially, and professionally. He is incredibly passionate about working with diverse individuals and discovering different cultures. In his personal life, he is a sports enthusiast and loves traveling.

Nidhi Jha
Nidhi, engaged as a full-time student in the MITA program, possesses a rich background of over 8 years as a software engineer in the fintech industry, with professional experiences in both India and Canada. In her role as the Vice President of the International Student Organization, she is enthusiastic about planning events that encourage cultural exchanges and provide networking platforms with industry professionals. Outside her academic and professional pursuits, Nidhi enjoys indulging in gardening and exploring new destinations.

Hello, I'm Akshita, presently immersed as a full-time student specializing in Information Technology & Analytics at RBS. Serving as the secretary at ISO, I eagerly anticipate bringing together diverse cultures and coordinating events in my role, such as uniting diverse cultures through event coordination, agenda formulation, meeting scheduling, and overseeing various responsibilities to ensure the triumph of each event. Additionally, I have a deep-seated passion for exploring new places through travel and honing my culinary skills in the kitchen.
