Lakshay Garg, an aspiring Quant Trader, is advancing his expertise through a Master's in Quantitative Finance at Rutgers Business School. With foundational finance knowledge from Christ University, India, and hands-on experience in Barclays' risk management team, he is well-equipped for his ambitions. Alongside his professional endeavors, Lakshay actively trades in the Indian stock market, enhancing his practical understanding of market dynamics. 

Beyond his financial pursuits, he engages in creative outlets like singing and performing magic tricks, showcasing his diverse interests. In his free time, Lakshay enjoys connecting with people and recording podcasts with interesting individuals, reflecting his inquisitive nature and passion for sharing knowledge. Akarsh Trivedi, a Master of Quantitative Finance student at Rutgers Business School, is distinguished by his comprehensive background in financial analysis and business economics. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a minor in Business Analytics from Hofstra University, Akarsh has demonstrated his proficiency in various finance-related disciplines. His professional journey includes impactful roles at Equitable Advisors and American Logistics Group Inc., where he honed his skills in client portfolio management, financial advising, and accounts receivable management. Akarsh's academic pursuits at Rutgers are complemented by his certifications in FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, and IBM's Artificial Intelligence Practitioner. Akarsh's unique blend of academic rigor, professional experience, and passion for finance positions him as a dynamic and forward-thinking individual, poised to make significant contributions to the world of quantitative finance.

Aayush Jadhav

Aayush Jadhav, a current Master of Quantitative Finance student at Rutgers Business School, brings a determined spirit to uplift the academic and professional experiences of his peers. Armed with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Aayush has a track record of leadership in various elected positions, showcasing a keen interest in student welfare. Notably, as Regional Director at Enunciate, he orchestrated events across India and Nepal, aiding students in conquering public speaking fears and enhancing communication skills.

Prior professional roles at UAP Advisors and Ganesh Deshmukh Associates further honed Aayush's skills, setting the stage for his dedicated pursuit of community improvement and student empowerment during his master's studies at Rutgers.
