The Rutgers Business School Graduate Student Government Association (SGA) promotes the interest of Full-Time and Part-Time MBA and Specialty Master students attending classes on the Newark and New Brunswick campuses. The goal of this organization is to facilitate communication between the administration and students. Through various academic and non-academic activities, the SGA aids the professional and personal development of the students.

Alisha Vij
Alisha Vij, a dedicated full-time MBA student specializing in Marketing, brings five years of impactful experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Demonstrating prowess in crafting and executing successful marketing campaigns, She is well-versed in market research, branding, digital marketing, and event management. Adept at understanding customer preferences, she formulates targeted strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. A natural leader excels in building and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Currently managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, she is a creative thinker committed to innovation and achieving tangible business results. She is a results-oriented marketer dedicated to client success and driving business growth.

Ben Fiedler
Ben is a full-time MBA student specializing in Marketing. Organizing events is his longtime passion, and he is excited to create events to bring the Rutgers community together. He is dedicated to supporting Alisha to achieve her vision as President.
Before starting his MBA, Ben graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in English, including a year of studying British literature at Oxford University. He worked in education for two years before moving to work in Customer Experience for three years at CPG companies, including a year at Harry’s and two years at Huel. In his free time, Ben enjoys running marathons, photography, and spending time with family and friends.

Carolina Ayala
Carolina is a part-time MBA student specializing in Analytics and Information Management. She graduated with a double major in Biological Sciences and Spanish Literature from Rutgers University. In addition, she earned a Master's Degree in Education specializing in Family and Community Services from The University of Arizona.
For over 13 years she has committed to work in the public sector with various opportunities to work overseas in Italy, Belgium, and Germany. Carolina is currently working at the U.S. Department of the Army as a Procurement Analyst.
In her personal life, she enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, spending time with friends and family, and doing Step & Sculpt workouts.

Sameen Ahmed
Sameen is a full-time MBA student specializing in Finance. She has four years of experience as a Financial Analyst in the Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industry. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA degree with the determination to expand her knowledge and skills in the field of finance. As SGA treasurer, her goal is to assist in the planning of events within the club's budget, maintain a welcoming space for all students, and support SGA in the best way possible. In her free time, she likes to travel, try new coffee spots, and watch thrillers and mystery movies.

Amine Zaouia
Amine Zaouia is a part-time MBA candidate specializing in Finance and Real Estate and working toward a STEM accreditation. Amine is a Rutgers undergrad alumni where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and played for the Rutgers New Brunswick division one soccer team. He is currently working for S&P Global as an Associate on the Project Finance team in the Infrastructure Ratings department. Previously he worked for The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority as a Project Manager/Principal Engineer. In his spare time he plays soccer for a local semi-professional soccer team and enjoys hanging out with his family and friends.
