Rutgers Association of Marketing & Strategy

The Rutgers Association of Marketing & Strategy is a university sponsored, MBA student initiative to promote Marketing & Strategy studies and activities.

Our goal is to provide opportunities to learn from, gain exposure to, and interact with marketing and strategy professionals from diverse industry segments.  RAMS also serves as an information and networking resource for marketing and strategy professionals, current students, alumni and faculty. We focus on building the skills and knowledge of members in the fields of marketing and business strategy, in order to position Rutgers Business School as a top choice for recruiters placing MBAs into marketing, strategy and consulting functions.

Sydney Rudman
Sydney Rudman

Sydney Rudman, currently pursuing her MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Strategy, is honored to serve as RAMS President for 2025. She graduated from New York University in 2020 with a BFA in Film and Television and double minors in the Business of Entertainment and Politics. After graduation, she spent three and a half years working in entertainment representation, where she collaborated with major film and TV studios on shoots, press opportunities, and events while advising clients on strategic career decisions to enhance both their personal marketing and publicity reach as well as the visibility of their current projects. This experience shaped her skills and interests in consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, and event management. As RAMS President, Sydney is dedicated to creating opportunities for RBS marketers through skills development, industry connections, and collaborative initiatives.

In her free time, Sydney enjoys yoga, reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with family & friends.

Riddhi Thammarddy
Riddhi Thammarddy

Riddhi Thammareddy is an MBA student specializing in Marketing and Strategy with a background in the Indian film industry, where she worked as an executive producer, production designer, and assistant director. These roles helped her develop skills in managing projects, working with diverse teams, and delivering results in dynamic environments.

With an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design, Riddhi has built a foundation in creative problem-solving and design thinking, which she now applies to her marketing and strategy work.

As she steps into the role of Vice President of the RAMS club, Riddhi looks forward to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. She hopes to create opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow together while encouraging creative approaches to challenges.

In her free time Riddhi loves to bake, dance, weight train and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Priyanshu Singh
Priyanshu Singh

Priyanshu, a full-time MBA student specializing in marketing and strategy, brings a diverse background to the role. He has successfully built an Amazon brand, developed a profitable service with a shared revenue model, freelanced, and led a department at a German unicorn. He’s always been fascinated by how consumers make decisions and how to turn them into loyal customers. He’s a creative soul, so he loves to write, play guitar, watch movies, and listen to music in his free time.

As the Treasurer, Priyanshu wants to make the most of the club’s funds and support the board members whenever needed. He and his fellow board members are excited to make the club more focused on helping individuals learn and grow their marketing skills.
