The Executive Committee is the governing body of the Program. It is chaired by the Program Director and reports, through the Director, to the Dean of the Rutgers Graduate School-Newark. It is the Program's ultimate decision-making body on program requirements and curriculum. It is also responsible for any decision to dismiss students. All decisions by the Program Director can be appealed to the Executive Committee. A decision by the Executive Committee can be appealed only to the Dean of the Rutgers Graduate School-Newark.
The Executive Committee consists of the members of the Coordinating Committee together with the Coordinator for the Master’s in Information Technology; the Coordinator for the Master's of Quantitative Finance; the Director for the Rutgers–Newark Master’s in Economics; and a representative of the Dean of RBS (all with vote). It is chaired by the Director of the Program.
