Meet new people, learn networking basics, and gain insider tips for landing internships before you even know how to properly “adult.” Build skills, build confidence, and maybe… build a LinkedIn profile you won’t be embarrassed by. 

SOPHOMORES: You’ve survived freshman year, now it’s time to level up! At DECA, you’ll refine your professional presence, improve your interview game, and learn how to crush career fairs without the sweaty palms. Join a committee, attend company events, and start narrowing down where you want your career to go. 

JUNIORS: This is where it gets serious. DECA offers workshops, competitions, and direct access to industry professionals who can help you land that dream internship. Plus, it’s your chance to step up into leadership roles and guide underclassmen.
