RUWIB is a College-to-Career Leadership Program designed to empower, encourage, and unite young women interested in business and provide resources that present a growth opportunity for these women to discover and develop their leadership style and skills. We encourage our members to be leaders in their chosen careers, be a mentor and role model to others, and find creative and fun ways to contribute to the betterment of our Newark community.
