Phi Chi Theta is a National Co-Ed Professional Fraternity in Business, Economics, Computer Science, and Human Resources. We are the Alpha Omega chapter, and we strive towards excellent professionalism, academia, and community service involvement.

How can I join Phi Chi Theta?

The Alpha Omega chapter hosts a series of events at the beginning of every semester for Rutgers students to learn more about our fraternity and officially meet the brothers. Our first info session is September 8th, at the Busch Student Center MPR. Follow our Instagram @ruphichitheta for more information about our Rush events!
