“Lifting as We Climb” We aim to prepare college students for a professional career through engagement, mentoring, personal development, exposure to the work place through internships, scholarships through our scholarship program and public speaking/presentation skills through case competitions. These initiatives also aim at identifying and nurturing exceptional leaders in higher institutions. 

We engage, empower, and educate Black Business Leaders and institutions by providing a platform to enhance skills and elevate voices. Our 5 Es: engage, empower, educate, enhance, and elevate. Doing so, we’re “lifting as we climb.”
