ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) at Rutgers New Brunswick is committed to broadening horizons for students aspiring to grow as professional leaders. Our Committee Program, Mentorship Program, Company events, skill workshops, and various initiatives offer pathways to gain industry insights and connect with a supportive network of professionals, dedicated students, and alumni, enabling empowerment. About ALPFA
ALPFA RU-NB is a student-led organization dedicated to empowering Latino leaders and aspiring professionals from all majors. We host company events on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, offering direct interactions with industry leaders. Additionally, our professional development workshops are held every other Wednesday evening, providing valuable skills and insights. Through these events, along with our committees and general meetings, we foster a supportive community and create meaningful connections within a network of over 100,000 professionals.
